Shipping Policy

You will immediately receive an order confirmation to your email address. (Please check your junk mail.)

All orders are sent to you within 1-3 business days. 

If you see any mistakes in the address you, please send us an email immediately. If a package doesn't deliver because of an 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot process a refund.

Track Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with original packing. You’ll need the receipt too. If the item was damaged, lost, or not delivered in 30 days, contact us at fureverpetsshopp@gmail.com and we will make things better.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your method of payment.
